BioMasdar (Pakistan) Limited is an unlisted public limited company that has been incorporated in Karachi to undertake first of its kind biotechnology project in Pakistan. The Company envisages using local raw materials to produce products for food, cosmetics and medicinal applications strictly at par with international standards for local and export markets. The Venture is proposed to be situated in the Khairpur Special Economic Zone, about 5 hours drive from Karachi on the main national highway. Targeted date of commercial production is the start of 3rd quarter 2024.
